Rebecca has written for online and print publications such as The Coast, Nova Scotia Advocate, Our Times, CAAmagazine.ca, DailyXtra.com, Rabble.ca, Halifax Media Co-op, Autostraddle, the Review of Journalism, and McClung’s Magazine.
In June of 2018 The Coast (Halifax’s alternative weekly) named Rebecca’s 2016 feature about Halifax’s first generation of gay, lesbian, and bisexual activist elders, “Before The Parade”, one of the 30 most important stories they’ve published over 25 years in print.
